Hi ho MMMLogerinos!

The Kansas Heckler just rattled my chain. Yes, it has been a few since my last post but here I are--briefly. Getting ready for the cruise and trying to get a couple of proposals out of here is chewing up all my time. Now, you might be questioning--what's to get ready for a cruise? It's about clothes, don't you know. And shoes, my eternal bane. Very few shoes fit my long boney feet and most feel just awful on.

I think I've got the clothes thing taken care of, thanks to shopping with the DH, my closet and a bit of borrowing from Darcy's closet of designer duds still sporting the tags. But the shoes . . . Ugh. I have to go out tonight and see about some good walking shoes, a pair of jeans and a couple of other little things. I'm thinking it's going to be coolish, raining even, in Alaska. It is only May, after all. Now that I think about it, we could use some new luggage, too.

Off I go to work on the proposal and shop for shoes--ugh, and luggage--yay!
