"The man is an employee of Mario's. Mario is head of a secret terrorist cell in the US and has sent him on the errand with instructions to leave the coat just so. The price tag is a coded message for a terrorist who works as a waiter in the restaurant. The employee is having lunch with Mario's wife, who is actually secretly working against her husband for the American government. She has a deep sultry voice, easily mistaken for a man's.
